JUDGING
The Wolf Ranch Scarecrow Contest was judged by six individual volunteers. Prize placement was based on the number of votes. The judges felt this group of Scarecrows was highly creative and their job was most difficult. If up to the judges, every Scarecrow would receive a prize.
